SHOPPERS IMPRESSION INC./DANIEL HASKINS/ SUSAN HASKINS I RECEIVED A LETTER TELLING ME TO DEPOSIT A CHECK AND WIRE MONEY TO THEM, HOWEVER I CONTACTED CASTROVILLE, BANK AND WAS TOLD THE CHECKS A COUNTERFEIT CHECK. WENTWORTH, SOUTH DAKOTA South Dakota

On August 18th 2008, I received in the mail a letter from shoppers impressions inc. offering me a job as a mystery shopper, along with the letter was a cashiers check in the amount of 4,998.00, written on Castroville State Bank in Castroville Texas. The letter was telling me to deposit the check into my bank, withdraw the funds spend 50.00 dollars at Walmart, $40 on gas. $1579.00 Western Union transfer, $99 on service charges to western union, $2873.00 money gram transfer, and $57 money gram service charge and last of all $300 for me.

I contacted the number on the check and spoke with a lady who stated that the check was good and that their were sufficient funds to cover the check, I then proceded to the internet to look up the bank name and aother phone number, I then spoke with a lady at Castroville State Bank who informed me that the check was a Counterfeit Check, and that they had placed an alert on their web site about the scam. So please reseach any unfamiliar mail that you receive be it email or postal mail. Please dont become a victim of such horrific scam as this one. SAVED BY THE INTERNET
