Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I ordered a product for my mother for mother's day and never received it. The website was suppose to have guaranteed delivery in 3 days. They charged my card right away however but never delivered the product.
I have tried to contact the company but one of the phone numbers is disconnected and no one answers the other. No one ever responds to my e-mails either. According to the BBB they are out of business but yet they are still operating the site and taking peoples money and not delivering the goods.

I did finaly receive the product I ordered but it was not what I expected. It came in a plain white box with no paperwork what so ever, not even any owner's manual or directions on how to use it. I do not recommend ordering anything from this site. Also the info on the return label used the company name As Seen On TV and was out of new York, NY not NJ like it says on the site. The street add was 89 South St. zip code 10038. Hopefuly this will help anyone else that has been scammed and prevent others from being scammed.
