I had placed an order with vistaprint.com several months ago, and as I was going thru my bank statement I started noticing this reacurring charge for 12.95. There was a phone number on my bank statement so I called. They were very helpful and said my account would be credited back within 24hour. It was a relief but I still have bank fees from these charges over- dafting my account. I never signed up for this discount service, and it was very upsetting.
