Shopygen customer service is terrible with a bitter attitude and very angry if you ask about refund policy or escrow methods for $400 payment asked for. The person who replied to my email asked me to purchase a special account on a special server of his choosing and then when he couldnt figure out why it did not work after installtion he blamed it on my nameservers at godaddy which were showing perfectly propogated and linked to the new server butr he insisted he needed to login to my personal account on godaddy and check. When I said no he got furious and said he could notr help anymore.

I said ok but I would have to write a report about this, so he quickly changed his attitude and said he wopuld give me the script for free to try and if it worked then I could pay. He gave me a script with over 200 bugs and missing features and then said maybe I wasnt good enough to fix it like him... U have installed over 100 scripts and have propogated hundredes og domain names. I dont know why this company is so angry and mean but i barely escaped without losing everything, thank god I didnt trust him and give him mnoney to install a working script like he said he would. This guy is clever and has an aswer for everything so be warned and good luck if you try them.

ShopyGen is a Ripoff

This is a scam company with very bad customer service and rude developers. Once you paid, they won't respond to your email again. They will display a good demo but deliver scrape full of bugs to your domain and they will give you limited access to your product. They are proud of no work, no deliver and their no refund policy.

I was made to buy a complete website + apps from Abiwas and Nathan, both are working with company and they will make you pay for anything like fake installation, consultation, updates, and many more.

Just be aware, it is No No No going area, It is advisable you look for other trusted sellers.

You contradict yourself on this. Who in the world will have confidence to go for PAID version when they are not satisfied with the LITE version ? - Very obvious

We still offered one last chance to do professional business and prove that we were not trying to get anything for free, we offered to put all the money and more in a Freelancer escrow account for when they finished the install correctly but they did not respond and never replied again.

---- If  what you say is really true that we did not give you a polite reply , why did you still want to offer alternatives through freelancer or escrow ? You did not pay us any money - you could have just dis-regarded us and moved on. there are 1000 companies online that would match with your terms and conditions. Why did you still want to try our software by some means. Proves how interested you were in the softwre because of its quality , tha's why you somehow wanted to get it for free. 

We stood by our code and policies - you threatened to write reviews online when we refused to oblige to your terms and conditions. 

1. If you want to try our software - pay and get it 

2. You have to test the demo to make sure what you are actually getting (If the demo works fine , obviously there are no bugs in the code)

3. We dont offer refunds on Digital Products (We adhere to this)

4. If you are skeptical , you can dis-regard and move on. "WE STAND BY OUR PRODUCTS AND POLICIES"

We (Shopygen) are a Technology solution providing software in Ecommerce across different verticals

We have a LITE version (Free) and a Paid Version for our software

LITE version - Software is free but we charge for installation

When he approached us for a free installation of LITE version - we did that out of good will. If clients are not tech savvy , we ask them for server and domain details to help installation and configuration. When he dint know how to point the server to the domain - we asked him for the domain details to help

After it was Installed , he was satisfied and wanted to upgrade it with the PAID version (Straight away asking for refund policy)

We clearly told him that "Since we sell Digital Products , we dont offer refunds. Check our demo completely and what you see on demo is what exactly you will be getting" - We have mentioned that clearly on our Refund Policy page as well - https://shopygen.com/refund-policy/

But he kept asking us the software and that he would want a refund if he is not satisfied with the software. When asked to check the demo and decide , he was hesitant to do that - Clearly he just wanted to get away with the paid version - somehow for free - http://prntscr.com/k9zz5n

1. He did not pay us any money

We are sorry if we came across as confusing to you but if you open your mind and see the points I listed then maybe you will finally understand the reasons and not act the same way to your next possible client.
