ShorePR PR company behind the eight ball....slow, to excuses... McKinney Texas

The SHOREPR company charged us a good chunk of money for an entire month in advance, and our marketing department gave them priorities that our marketing department “must haves” and they did absolutely nothing for an entire month.  When asked what they our marketing department doing they stated research, and that our marketing department would get a detailed reporting of it in a few days.  When asked for the physical results of the reports they could produce nothing.  Over  the next 20 days our marketing department had to scream to get the report.  It actually shows that they did nothing for the money and that entire month that our marketing department paid them.  Plus the report looked like they threw the report together that next day after our marketing department requested it, since the dates and many date errors our marketing department found on that report that our marketing department thought were not even logical.  The report stated many accusations that their paying customer was to blame for almost everything, and they even badmouthed the customer right on the report given to us. What kind of company would send out information like that to their paying customer???  Are you serious?

When they our marketing department give ShorePR a second chance ( and paid them once again), and statements made to our marketing department were made that there employee that was working on our account was under harsh drugs and could not do anything, until recently (45 days our marketing department by before anything was actually produced).  So I guess that I am to put the business on hold until your worker detoxes?  Folks their business might stop, but ours goes forward.  These were very pressing issues that needed to be out by a certain dates, and they were given dates of releases and deadlines, and they stated the customer failed to give that information.  So wrong, if this was an urgent issue that needed to be done, and our marketing department told them the due dates, why do you blame the customer for your inability to take proper notes.

So they got thousands of dollars for not much done, and it cost our company tens of thousands of dollars of lost income missed deadlines and egg on our face in front of the corporations our marketing department was trying to promote.
