I went on to torrentz.eu website to purchase a subcription for a two year access option.

I pressed cancel subcription towards end of process when it was evident the company was charging for services I had not asked for.

I pressed cancel, but was still charged payment, even though I had not authorised the Verified By Visa process.

Please advise how I can cancel subscription and get a refund - the company appears diffcult to contact.
