Shudder Continues to charge for their service after cancelling subscription Internet

Since cancelling my subscription to their service in October of 2015 they've contiued to charge me. I contacted their customer service department where I was told that my subscription would be cancelled, but the would not be refunding me any money for the time that I thought my subscription was cancelled but wasn't. A month later they charged me again, I once again contacted customer service where I was told the exact same thing again.

The company has made no attempt to rectify the situation.
