Shyne Fox Store Took my money for items but never sent me the items other other

I ordered a pair of Jack Skellington shoes for $17.95 & a Jack Skellington hoodie with a coffee mug for $18.95 in December of 2017. I have called left voicemails, Facebook messaged them, emailed them. I did recieve about 2 emails back telling me my items shipped one was on December 12th the other was December 29th but it us now January 25th and my items still ain't here. I have tried 2 more times emailing them but get a email back saying that the email could not be sent to that person. So we would assume the email is shutdown. I have decided today to call my bank & dispute the charges on my credit cards
