On December 26, 2017, I put in a purchase order with Shynefox.com for a Jack Skellinton Hoodie with a free mug. The amount of $18.95 was charged to my bank account via my debit card. I have not received my merchandise or have been issued a refund. Also I tried to check the website and it stated the websites was no longer available.
