I placed an order for a pair of Jack Skellington Sneakers at the beginning of December. I received a confirmation email on December 5th with a link to check the status of my order. I gave them a couple of weeks before I checked and and I continued to check it with no updates being offered. I emailed them on numerous occasions and never received a response to my request for an order update. I continued to check the site and the site was eventually was no longer in service. Nothing worse that trying to explain to your daughter why the shoes I ordered for her never showed up. Ugh. :(
