 He did the same thing to me. I hired him as my attorney, he represented himself as my attorney, but after he got all my money, $5,000.00, all of a sudden, he couldn't help me, and as soon as I made demand for my money, pursuant our contract, he refused the demand mail at his office saying he was no longer at that address. He is still there. I had to have a sheriff serve him. Than he said he was never my attorney, he was his own company's attorney. I ask you, has anyone ever heard of such crap???  What a scumbag loser. Now, he recently sent me a letter, demanding that I remove any and all negative posting on any internet site that I have posted, or he will sue me for Libel. I can't beleive what a total moron Moss Sidel is. He is an attorney, for now anyway, and I had to write him back and explain what the defense for libel is.  THE TRUTH. What an idiot. He must have 1,000's of complaints on the internet, it must have cost hime hundreds to mail a letter to everyone who has written about this crook on the web. Imagine doing what this fool has done to people and then demanding that they remove any comments about him. YA, I'll get right on that request.
