I paid almost $300 for college graduation announcements and they sent me defective outer enverlopes that were already closed.  I called and they lied and told me they would send me replacements to arrive by end of the day Tuesday, April 3rd.  They also said they would call me with the tracking number and they never did.  I called them today (4/3) to get the tracking number and they never ended up sending the envelopes out!!  They lied to me about replacing them!!  The tracking number that they gave me has them arriving tomorrow, but I had a calligrapher coming tonight to address them!!!!
