Signature Classic Advantage Card fraudulent ripoff business tricked and lied to us Orange California

I recieved a phone call from this company. They lured me in with what they said and I agreed to take advantage of their offer and accept the card with which I would have to pay an annual fee of $229 or $239 and processing fee of $37. Along with all of this they offered me a free Sprint cell phone that I would have to hook up by myself which never came in the mail. Nor did the package that I would have to read through and some things that I would need to sign so that they would get my signature in file. None of this came in the mail to me.

I remember doing a recording telling them my personal information such as my SSN, birthdate, address, bank information, and etc. They were surpose to take the money at first out of my bank account on January 24 or 25 but I didn't have the money in the account on time so we set it up for a month later. Instead of waiting for the money to be deducted from my account, I sent in a money order with both payment. I did this because I thought that the sooner I sent in the payment the sooner I would get my credit card.

Nothing had been recieved in the mail and it had gotten me suspicious so I decided to look the link up to read a little bit more about this card and the first sight that popped up was this link that said that this crdit card company was a fraud. I couldn't believe it. I did all of that for nothing. It was a waste of money and a waste of time. I would like to recieve my money back and I don't know what to do. Now I just can't look at credit card companies the same even though I know that they're not the same.
