Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I ordered solar lights. I was informed they were out of stock so I requested my money back. That was in Oct/November. I called several times and was told "we will send it out next week", without even knowing who was calling.
I filed a complaint with the Attorney General for the State of New York.
I still don't have my money back. They took my money. I will get around to insisting the Attorney General look into filing criminal charges.

The customer paid by PayPal, which bills the customer even if the item is not in stock. Our policy when paying by Credit Card, directly through our site is to not bill the card until the item is in stock.
I apologize for the inconvenience that the customer had.

My money was refunded............over 6 months later. Interesting, I received a refund after posting on the Ripoff report. I will be more dilegent in researching a company on-line before purchasing.
