Silicon Valley Copy Payment for website design work has not been received.

Jay Fincher, who claims to represent the CEO of this company, hired us on Dec 14, 2023. We diligently met his requirements and successfully completed the website design project at https://www.svcopy.net/. Despite fulfilling our end of the contract and receiving payment of $250, Jay initiated a fraudulent complaint with the bank, resulting in the automatic debit of the funds from the freelancing site. While acknowledging the fault of the freelancing site, Jay's actions are unacceptable and reek of dishonesty. Despite numerous attempts to contact Jay, he has continually made excuses, promising payment by March 1st, yet failing to deliver. His claims of payment being processed by the bank remain unsubstantiated. This blatant disregard for our agreement and refusal to fulfill financial obligations is nothing short of fraud. I am refraining from taking drastic measures such as deleting the website out of professional ethics. However, I feel compelled to warn others about engaging with SILICON VALLEY COPY (JAY FINCHER) due to their unethical business practices
