but your company has lost alot of accounts  you have nothing but bad reviews and no one wants to work there cause u dont give raises nothing I never seem the company on the street period  you  over 20 bad reviews that should tell you alot good luck keeping it open

Actually before I stop working for SVSP.. I was told to not carry anything that is a weapon, Such as: Mace, Pepper Spray, Baton, Ect.

I was told that If I needed to protect myself, I was to use the Long Plastic Flashlight as my weapon. Which by the way, kind of dumb to be carrying a heavy flashlight at some sites. I know not every site has that big plastic flashlight, but i'm just saying it should've been replaced with a more lighter flashlight and brighter at that too...

The Cell Phone..... Best Idea Ever. All Companys Should Do This. Saves Papers and Its the future. Now the part where it sucks sometimes. Battery Life Is Terrible, It takes time to charge up, so couple hours into the s**t the phone is at low percentage to where you gotta charge it to last the shift. But only to be told to charge it for 15-20 mins and go back to do the rounds and when done, put it back on charger. the Problem with that, when you do that, your killing the battery even more, because 15-20 mins is not enough time to charge it at all. Each Site That Has a Lockbox, needs to have an extra battery that way it can be Switch and allows for the other battery to charge for next guard or whenever it needs to be replaced.

As for your Employers, Mostly The Russian Lady, Oksana , She has called me stupid, dumb, even talked down on me. I have told her to not call me me that, and the next time she calls me names, i will show Anthony the Emails showing proof that she is making SVSP look really bad. You need to fire her, because she does not understand that you can't talk to the employees like that. Its wrong and thats how people could end up hurt.

Working some sites like School Districts, ( Not gonna name what ), the pay sucks balls. 10 dollars an hour? and you want 10 pictures of each school in 8 Hours. (I believe it is 24 schools). Yeah sure that sounds like an easy job, of course. but when you have to fill out an report on the phone that takes almost an half an hr, because after taking pictures of the school. You have to call the Dispatch and let them know, sometimes that takes about 10 mins. Then take pictures of the vandalism and then type out the report, and send it and wait for Dispatch to call you back to let you know that you can go to the next school site.

^^ Sometimes there are more than one schools that has vandalism. So that takes away time and prevents you to finsihing the patrolls of 24 schools. And on top of that, you have the guards drive 100% Electric, Not smart. I'm all for Electric Vehicles, But not when it dies half way through the shift and you have to call dispatch and explain that the car is dying and needs to be charge, and then i'm told to charge it for 20 mins and go back out and finished the patrols. You Can't Not Charge For 20 Mins and Finished The Patrols. I Would Love To See YOU (Ray) When it dying and needs to be charge, for only 20-30 mins and go back out to TRY to finished patrolling. Not Enough Time To Charge. Just isn't. I KNOW FOR A FACT.

I have nothing against your company, its a great company, but you just have a few apples that are bad and in need to Re-Training or just need to be fired. And the pay needs to be better for some sites ( School district ). I loved working Arbors Apartment though. BEST SITE EVER!! Should Be In Sacramento... Moving there This June of 2015....

All SVSP orfficers have been cleared by US department of justice and have clean criminal backgrounds.

All company uniforms show the company patches and badges as approved by BSIS

All officers are approved to carry mace or pepperspray for personal protection, they just need to remember they cannot bring guns to work as we are a non weapons company. This is a job for the police.

All employees are reimbursed for any out of pocket expenses immediately.

Never are employees asked to work seven days per week, and if they do all wages are paid.

There are over 300 employees working at SVSP and this is an unfortunate issue that someone would slander and 20 year old professional company.
