I placed the order for a bra advertised to fit DD.  They advertised 1 day processing and 7-day shipping.  It took a month.  The item looked like a 32A bra. 

I discovered that you only have 48 hours if you want a refund for the item, and only if you return the package in its new, unopened, original condition, paying for shipping to China.  For a Return:  After 7 days of receiving the items, buyers can no longer request a refund for item replacement for any reason.  They advertise free replacement at their cost, but only if it was damaged or soiled or they sent the wrong item-size, style, or color.

I sent an email, and received a reply the next day:

Thanks for reaching out and our apologies for the inconvenience. We are sorry to hear that the product does not meet your expectations and we can assure you that we are trying to find the best solution for you.  If you would like, we can process your return request but we will need you to take the following steps:

1. Please send us a picture or a video of the product.

2. Wait for our green light for you to ship the items back. 

3. Once you receive our confirmation that the product can be returned, please return it to the below-mentioned address. 

Kindly note that the shipping fees will be shouldered by customers.

Why is there a California return address on the package, but if you want a full credit, you have to pay for foreign shipping?  It sounds like the 20 % off offer is a way for the company to keep most of my money. They would rather keep my money than give me the correct item, even if they have one.
