Employees and contract labor go months without paychecks. Payroll is managed "in house", and this has translated into inaccuracies when/if paychecks are eventually shipped out. There is no paperwork to back up the payroll calculation and no year end documentation for taxes.

Turnover appears constant, probably due to payroll irregularities. Questions regarding payroll simply go unanswered for weeks on end. Save yourself the frustration of giving away your work product for free.
