I ordered a DVD from Silverage Direct LLC on dvddiscount.net and recieved a confirmation email with a tracking number.A few weeks later, I still haven't recieved my DVD so I went to my email to get the tracking number.

On the website there is no place to put in the tracking number, and it says do not request tracking information. Since then, I accidently deleted the email and I went to remove it from my trash and it is completely gone but emails i deleted before that are still in my trash.

The money was taken out of my account the day after I bought it and there is no way to get a refund.
