Simm Associates, in Newark, Delaware is Collection Agent for PayPayl Buyers Credit. Company usies deceptive practices, including matching a phone number of a relative of a debtor to an address they might have located. They also misrepresent the debt, tell the relative they are calling about a debt, and contacted me after I already put a written letter to PayPal to cease phone calling and contact in wirting.

Beware of PayPal Credit and any company they employ to try to collect the debt.
