I've been ripped off by the administrative fees that Simon Gift Card charges so many times it is redickulas. My employer chooses to give us these cards as rewards so I don't have a say so about getting an alternative.

Illinois passed a law prohibiting the practice of gift cards loosing value and I live in Illinois. I guess Simon Gift Card (US Bank) is above the law because I continue to lose money to their cheating law breaking practices, I would guess that my loses are in the hundreds.
