Smon Hao Fa presented himself firstly as a friend and afterward as a stock broker with an online Banking Company called interactive Brokers.
His offer was a payout of 15% on every dollar you invested. He made himself available and worked in the office with my Mother for a few months to gain our trust. He stole banking information without our knowledge and fraudently taken out $200,000 plus from my mothers account.
It come our attention that he had frauded a number of people out of their life savings.
We have reported Simon Hao Fan to the Toronto Police Dept. If you see or meet him please report to Police.
