Simple Aesthetics Coral Square Mall Purchased a laser hair removal package for $800. Got half way through and I find out they went out of business. No notice. No compensation. Nothing! Coral Springs, Florida

I purchased a package for hair removal services from Simple Aesthetics. Purchase the recommended 8 sessions and get 8 sessions free. I paid around $1000. When my appointment came around 6 weeks ago I got a call from them saying the laser was broken and we would have to reschedule. So I made a new appointment for three weeks later. When that appointment came I received another call saying the machine was still broken. This struck me as being odd and I asked the receptionist if they were planning on getting it fixed and she assured me they were just waiting for the part and they would call me when the part came in to reschedule. Another 3 weeks has passed and I received no call. So I called at which time I discovered the number had been disconnected. I went to thier webpage which has now been removed. I have no way of contacting this company. They simply shut down without every refunding me the money that was owed. The worst is that receptionist knew they were never planning on honoring my appointment and she simply lied to me. I feel that they have stolen my money. I dont know if the company declared bankruptcy because I can't find anything on them but if they haven't then they are simple crooks.
