Noticed a charge on my bank statement of $69.00 HSN (Home Shopping Network).
Contacted bank - they said the charge was to "Member Works" (never heard of them). Bank gave me their phone # to contact for refund.
I called the # - representative explained their "savings program" - I said I was not interested, did not order or authorize this and would like to cancel & get a refund. Finally, representative said that the credit would appear withing 2 business days. That was 1/29/04 and today is 2/9/04 and still no credit.
Calling bank tomorrow to dispute the charge !!
