simple floors sent me flooring samples. Picked one that I liked. When the $4200 order showed up , the product looked nothing like what I had bargained for. They said this was a clearance item with no returns. I told them that clearance item or not, that this is nothing short of fraud. It was not the product that I had bargained for. Their answer was pretty much, too bad, you own it.
