Simplx representative made simplx sound like a God send in this economically troubled time. He said if I had 15 to 20 hours a week to sell their products I could make thousands each month. I had to give them my charge card and pay $449.00 to join in order to see their products. I found that their products cost much more than they could be sold for on Ebay. I spent two days going through their products and didn't find one thing that could be sold for a profit. I wasn't looking to get rich. I just wanted some income to survive, and now I am out $449.00 plus $19.00 for them to look at my application. This is a rip off!

Simplx.com has been in business for over six years, and strives to provide the best dropshipping service possible. With this in mind, we will address each of the complaints/accusations in the order this individual has stated.
First, Simplx.com is not a scam. The company is a registered LLC in the State of Utah, USA, and is in full compliance with all the legal terms and agreements of that state. This customer explains that her money was taken away, but fails to include details of what happened. Simplx never charges any customers without previous authorization. We can provide documented evidence for each customer which receives a charge, and documented authorization for each charge which takes place.
The Simplx model of dropshipping works. You can see success stories on the Simplx blog at blog.simplx.com One of the best Simplx dropshippers happens to be one of the owners of the company, and he has been able to sell over $300,000 in revenue in one month, using the Simplx model of dropshipping, and have profit margins from anywhere between 7-10%. This is evidence that the Simplx model works.
Because our service requires customers to work and have access to several resources in order for our program to work properly, we require customers to fill out an application, which is reviewed before any customer can sign-up. Simplx does not want to sell our services to any customer which cannot utilize them.
We receive several hundred applications each day, and in order to separate those who are legitimately interested, versus those who are just seeking information, we provide an application fee for those who are legitimately interested. Our application fee is optional, meaning we do not require the application fee in order to fill out the first two pages of the application. Only customers who are legitimately interested should apply and pay the application fee.

As stated in the information above, the application fee goes to pay for a review of the Simplx program. Additional benefits include a rushed application. All customers are made aware of what the purpose of the application fee is prior to paying it.
Again, Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each customer and is not trying to scam any customer out of their money. Because we care about each customer, we encourage customers to provide feedback on their experience with Simplx.
