You want to see what a creep this guy is. Don't trust these guys at Simplx or Zibus or ClubDropShip.com or Irebates.com or who knows what other name they go by. They are all the same person and it's a huge scam. I have cut and pasted the email correspondence between me and Johnathan George with Simplx, Irebate,Club Drop Ship and I think Zibus as well. Follow alone, it very interesting how he responds.

It all started with a phone call I made trying to talk with someone. You never are able to speak with anyone. By the way, Irebates.com has the same voice mail and everything. I think the guy just purchased one of those fancy voicemail systems to make his operation look big and busy, but it's only him and his girlfriend setting back spending our money.

I never was able to speak with anyone, so I left another message asking for my money back. This is when it started. I received this email from Jonahan George. Notice it's from irebates.net:

Please fill out the attached form and return it back to the corporate offices. Once this form has been received, your account will close and you will not receive any future billing from us. Upon cancellation you will receive an email once this has been completed. If you have any further questions, please contact me via email.

Thanks,
Jonathan George

Now notice he says return to the corporate offices. His house is more than likely the corporate office, not even offices. Sure he wants me to cancel, he has my $350 and now he don't have to do anything. So, I write back the following:

To: Jonathan George
From: Paul
How much refund will I receive? I don't feel I was given good information when I was sold this product. I'm not even sure there is a clubdropship.com. I want a refund for the dropship portion. I'll pay for the Auction PI.

Thanks,
Paul M

You see, I did not want to cancel until I knew I was going to get my money back. Here is Jonathan's reply:

I have looked into your account, and you have signed and faxed in the paperwork which states that this is non-refundable. I also listened to the recorded conversation and you were told that all sales were final in that conversation. You have received your coaching with us as well, so I have come to the conclusion that we have done our part. So at this time I am unable to offer a refund

Here we go. Just what I expected, so I replied with this:

From: Paul M
Did you happen to record the part about calling Cara anytime you have a problem at 801-491-4054 which is nothing but a answering machine and front for some bedroom office. Did you record the part about "you should be able to make at least 2 or 3 thousand dollars a month without any problems". Did you record the part that said when you your product is shipped there is not referenced to the company it is shipped from so my company will be the one to get the call and not the company you purchased from.

I found that not to be true by shipping a product to myself and my company name was nowhere to be found. The Wal-mart name was everywhere. Did you mention the fact at this is just a off-spring of "irebates" and nothing more than a scam. Did you record the part where your salesperson said you have 87% retention rates. I will subpoena this phone record. You will regret the day you screwed with me. I can be very load and your company will be given the press it deserves. It's up to you, keep my money and I'll be sure to get it back customer by customer. Your scam will be brought to light.

This is called fraud! I will wait to hear from you by this time on Tuesday or I will start the process of notifying the proper organizations such as Utah Better Business Bureau in Salt Lake City, The Utah office of the Attorney General and I add my comments to the numerous negative comments on the internet. I will also be contacting my attorney friend by this time tomorrow.

By the way, I asked early in my process with simplx about zibus and was told it was another person trying to do the same as simplx. Now I find out it is you. What a creep!

Paul

I'm getting upset by this point, knowing that my concerns are correct all alone. Here is his response:

I assure you this is not a scam and I would like to help you get started so I am willing to offer you $35 credit with our company which is one free month of service. We do have 95% of our customers still with us and who keep coming back month after month thanks

I know by now this guy is nothing but a snake out to pray on others for his own personal gain. So I reply to his email with the following:

To: Jonathan George
From: Paul M
Why is it every time I call I get an answering machine and I don't have anyone to explain how this process works. Even with the process that the so called "power seller" told me, it presented problems. The product, once sold was not even available to purchase when I needed it. I called your hotline and the guy I spoke with, a college kid I guess, just told me to get a back up supplier. Here is his response to my question about training:

Paul,

You can get more training for a fee. They come in half hour sessions. each half hour session is $150, I will give you a discount if you pay for two training sessions I will give them two you for $100 each which will be $200 total...normally a $300 dollar value. Or, you could upgrade to a DigitalDropship account for $350 and get unlimited access to the hotline via telephone, and they can offer you training assistance and you would also have 300 merchants instead of only 100 that you have now.

Thanks, Chase

Notice he is asking for more money to train me, but I was told to just call Cara if I had any questions. What does this sound like to you? It's a scam! This guy wants to charge me another $350 to ask questions. Every transaction I make with this company smells like a scam. Even Chase's email sounded like someone that wants to make money off of me.

I feel you and your so call "company" are feeding off people trying to find a service, so you disguise a company to fulfill their needs, sell them a service that don't deliver. If your service works, you need to show people how it works. I have found it not to work.

Paul

Now I don't hear anything, so I go to work and when I return home to check my email, I have an email from him and it says:

"I am still waiting for the cancellation form to be sent back"

This guy could care less. He has the money, no need to waste his time with me. I have a call into him. I don't expect a call back. I do plan to talk with the proper folks in Salt Lake City. I may not get my money back, but this guy and other will know what a creep this guy is.

Thanks for listening,

Paul

Get The Facts...Simplx Not A Scam

AUTHOR: Josh - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 14, 2007

As a representative of Simplicity Group, I assure all the viewers of this posting, that we are in no way a scam; Paul, from Wilson, NC does not have the facts, and has distorted and misrepresented his history as one of our customers. After reading his remarks, we have found it necessary to clear up the many false statements, assumptions and accusations made about our company.

Let me first state that Paul is incorrect in assuming that Simplx, clubdropship and irebates are all different company names, run by the same individuals; used as means to hide behind. The truth is Simplx, Clubdropship and irebates are all successful, individual products and programs sold by one company, Simplicity Group. These are just some of the several products produced and sold by our company. Simplicity Group is a legitimate company based out of Utah, with thousands of satisfied and profitable customers that use these very products; and in disagreement with Paul, we have no need to hide. Paul also assumed that these programs are associated with Zibus, which again is erroneous. Simplicity Group is not connected to Zibus in any way.

Paul made the assumption and stated that Jonathan George runs this company, and that it's a small operation run out of a garage. Again, this statement is far from factual. Jonathan George is one of the many employees of Simplicity Group within the customer service department. Jonathan George, as a customer service representative, handles account cancellations/refunds, and was merely doing his job.

I could continue on and on, addressing the many fact-less remarks found within Paul's statements, but the bottom line remains; we at Simplicity Group offer many different products and services used in dropshipping. We are a legitimate and successful business. Thousands of people throughout the country are satisfied and profitable using our products. We are not, nor do we claim to be, a get rich quick scheme. We provided Paul with everything promised to him; he was simply not willing to put in the necessary time and dedication needed to see that he was successful using our product.

We invite Paul to contact us directly to address the issue and any other future concerns. We extend that invitation to any individuals that seek factual information regarding our company and the products and services we provide.
