Simplx.com Which Is Owned By Simplicity Group, LLC. Simplicity Group unpaid rebate checks not sent Provo, Utah

In July of 2009 I signed up with Simplx.com to become a drop shipper. The agreement states that each vendor pays a rebate percentage to you thru Simplx and each month Simplx writes you a check and mails it to you the first week of the month after holding back one month. So I started in July and received my first small check right on time on Sept 3. Oct came and the check was larger and I recieved it on Oct 15. November check after many calls was received Dec 23. Each month I improved and each month I could see my account building and could see when the month was totaled out and Simplx wrote my check (even the check number). I am still waiting for Dec sales, Jan sales and Feb sales. Total $2600 plus.
The program works but the company does not. I have called and called, had my lawyer contact them by letter, I have an open case with the Better Business Bureau in Utah and the answer I keep getting is you will get paid. The CFO is reviewing my checks to make sure I receive all my rebates. Either he is the slowest worker on the planet earth or this is a rip off. I did most of my selling through mainly two companies on the Simplx list of vendors. I show all my sales have been noted in my Simplx account with the correct amounts so no reviewing is necessary.
The company obviously is in financial trouble and is using my money to pay other people or employees. I am considering contacting the two companies I sold for and letting them know that the rebate money they pay Simplx does not go through to the customer doing there sales. I personally sold over $20000 from one vendor and wonder if they know the scam.
I have held off reporting them online up until now hoping I could get this resolved.
I did make money on their program I just haven't received it.
