This site 'rips' people off by unjustified restrictions and editing of personal on-line accounts. Arbitrary and selective. They READ your personal and private emails sent between customers.

They actually ignored requests, sent almost 2 weeks prior, to end the membership until the day AFTER they charged my credit card for the monthly fee. Simply stating that, my account was successfully upgraded. One of the many emails sent requested access to the upgraded' features that I had previously paid for.

They are an on-line personals service for users to post personal profiles in the hopes of meeting other single parents. The 'customer service' (a contradiction in terms) department delays answering emails to them. When they do decide to reply, about 1 in 3 requests sent are ever answered, they send completely useless generic answers. Unsigned by anyone, simply 'customer service'.
They never address the true issue at hand. Eventually after over 20 email requests a reply arrives that sites a 'section' in the initial user agreement when the user signed up. Unfortunately the section sited is completely unhelpful. The issue at hand is completely ignored.
They made a decision in error that removes abilities and upgrades' that were paid for and refused to accept the error yet alone any attempts to correct it.

One of the email complaints actually answered quotes some information of a personal nature that was sent in an email between myself and another user. Innocent in nature as the information was, it is a violation of personal privacy. In short the people who work there READ your emails!

They also edit and/or reject photos posted with the same irresponsible autonomy.

Stay AWAY from this site! They are DISHONEST. Unprincipled. Unpoliced. And fail to abide by their OWN rules and policies!

I have contacted my VISA bank and am having the charges incurred by this company REVERSED!

SingleParentMeet.com makes charges to credit card AFTER cancelled membership

AUTHOR: Dan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 11, 2006

SingleParentMeet.com makes charges to credit card AFTER cancelled membership. THEN answer emails regarding issues, (though NOT actually correcting their errors) AND then answer emails sent previously intended to cancel membership.
RIPOFF artests!

LURE unsuspecting single parents to their RIPOFF site. Send false email interests from 'fake' single people is attempts to get the users to 'upgrade' their accounts by paying more money to allow user to view 'flirts' and emails from these 'fake' members.
