Sirens Fashion Outlet ripoff Toronto Ontario

I went to a Sirens fashion outlet store in Canada, at 71 Orfus Rd, Toronto, ON. I bought about 5 pants, and 20 tops. One of the tops that I bought was on the dollar rack and it also had a one dollar sticker on it. I went to the cashier and she was very rude telling me that the top is not for a dollar, it cost $5.00. I told her that under the competition act she has to give it to me for the price that was listed on it. She said that we have to speak to her manager, who took a good ten minutes to approach us. He was even more rude that the cashiers. He came right out and yell at us saying that he is not giving it to us for a dollar and he doesn't care if we buy anything from the store. I asked the cashiers for there name along with the mangers and they refused to give us the names.

I also want to say this is not the first time this has happened in the store, it has happened to me in the past before. Sirens at 71 Orfus Rd is a rip off and they also need to train the manager, store clerks and cashier some customer service skills.
