I purchase several Sirensongs as gifts for my female family and friends.  Initially, I was charged accurately.  The next month I was charged again. After that a monthly charge of 8.95 was made to my credit card under different names.  They initially used Sirensong London GBR, then GearPrime London GBR, next it was  BlueWave London GBR.They do not answer the phone when you call, I have been on "hold" for more than 30 minutes.  I am having to close my account because they are billing monthly and the credit card company can't put a stop on it.  Jen, San Antonio, Tx
