Sisbarro mitsubishi Sisbarro vw Charged for diagnostics that wasn't performed and repair that was not needed Las Cruces New Mexico

I was charged $318.56 for diagnostics that were never performed and repairs that did not solve my problem and were unnecessary.  They refused to properly diagnose the problem when I returned and refused to refund my money for parts and services that neither discovered or fixed my problem. No attempt was made by management to rectify the issue and I was kicked out of the dealership for insisting that they properly diagnose the problem at no additional charge to me.

They insisted that they had fixed my problem and the same issue was now caused by 3 additional parts.  When I asked to speak to the owner I was told that there was no owner.
