Lets make this simpile. The customer service does not Exist. When you call in they say you need to buy more. Of course that does not fix the original problem so then you all again. They say they will send out a support ticket. Of course that goes no where because you never here from them again. so you try sending a support ticket yourself. nothing happens. Then days going on weeks nothing is fixed and you contact them again. Quess what they send out a support ticket. Quess what. Nothing. Now im just trying to get my money back. Quess what? New support ticket.
