Sitrana charged my visa debit card $324.00 without shipping the boots I ordered. They initially were apologetic and kept giving estimates for delivery. Eventually after months, they stopped replying to all inquiries for an explanation or refund. I tried to get my bank to find a solution, but they could not help me.
It's now 8 months since my order. They seem to send the same sob story via mass email to all customers past and present about the reason for current late orders (huge red flag for ongoing ripoff). Highly recommend against purchasing online unless you actually live in Chile where you can kick down their store door for answers.
I'm out 324 bucks! Maybe there was some internal fallout in the company, but they decided to pass on the damages to the consumer (shame!)
