I ,too, ordered the "free" trail of the diet supplement for shipping charges of $7.95. However this company then charged my credit card for $147.90.
I have been unable to contact them, no phone number and no web site. I must send a letter in order to reverse the charge on my credit card and will do so. I expect no response after seeing all the complaints on the web.
I too will make sure I file complaints so others are not scammed.

After some research, I discovered that these two companies were only two of many, many sales outfits hooking consumers with these "free trial" diet pill offers. In fact the FTC has been vigorously pursuing some of these diet pill marketers.
The FTCs recent case against other similar marketing outfits is announced here:
http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2009/02/jab.shtm
What these companies are doing is FRAUDULENT- under the law and most specifically the FTC consumer regulations. I believe this would also be FRAUDULENT under Texas law.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Dallas, filed on the consumer affiairs site and most importantly with the Federal Trade Commission. I will also investigate filing with the Texas Attorney General. .
You may file a complaint with the FTC here:
https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
You may file a report with the Dallas BBB here:

Unfortunately, these people will probably just fold up shop, change their name and/or move to yet another state, but perhaps at some juncture they may get caught and prosecuted.

It appears that INCLINE HEALTH is on the shipping document for my "free" sample. They still have a web site up for this Acai Berry. Obviously these two companies are connected, and I will do further research.
Keep in mind that there have been thousands of complaints about these diet supplements- the companies just change thier names and move on.

I filed a report with the BBB in Texas. It shows that this company has ONLY 2 complaints (at least at the Texas BBB). I suggest that everyone here who has the time- file a report with the BBB.
