SizzleTwist Did not fulfill order. Kept money. Has not responded to email and phone inquiries. It has been one month since they claim it shipped. Package tracking link says no info. Bloomington, Illinois

SizzleTwist Did not fulfill my order for an 8 GB SD memory card. They charged my Paypal account.

They emailed me December 16, 2009 claiming they had shipped the product. However, the package tracking link to the US Postal Service says they have no information. Typically, when a vendor says an order has shipped, clicking the tracking link will at minimum say that shipping information has been received.

SizzleTwist Has not responded to email and phone inquiries. As I write this, it has been one month since they claim it my order shipped.

This company's domain name is registered to the following: Arjun Kansiawala, PO Box 61359, Sunnyvale CA 94088. Phone: 510-595-2002 email: contact@myprivateregistration.com. There is no guarantee that this is correct info its what whois.net provided. Contact this person and see what happens. Maybe their info is being used illegally. File a complaint with the FBI immediately and the FTC. The Better Business Bureau gives them a rating of F because no one can locate them. SCAM!

If this isn't the correct contact info for this so called company then the FBI and Federal Trade Commission need to know about this. Violators of federal regs get charged formally. Take a proactive approach!
