THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T SEND YOU YOUR ORDER. Put in an order with this comany and they never shipped it. So I canceled my order after waiting over 2 weeks after the supposed ship date for a response. Then the said I still had to pay 25%, even though I never agreed to it. Then they charged my card 4 different times for thousands of dollars (only 2 cents short of the orignal total bill). I called Eric Thovson (their solution specialist) and he said he would look into it. He never got back to me. So I reported this to the BBB and wrote a Google review. Then he called one of my contractors chewing him out and making up lies that obviously were not true, like that he never charged my card. Then after another day they have refunded only about half of my money. So this company is still trying to keep 1,640.53 of my money, when they didn't send me anything. This is stealing. Apparently that is what this company does, so I am still having to fight for my money back. They also made up a lie on the Google review by saying they never sold anything to me. I wouldn't be surprised if they do the same thing with the complaint I made to the Better Business Bereau.
