I originally spoke with Mr. Rumbo at a marketing event. He mantioned that he would be able to manage our marketing and help with our brand exposure to bring more clients in the door. He said that he had knowledge in growing brands and would be able to expand our web presence. We agreed on the price of $5000 that was paid in full. We had constant communication for 60 days and then he started to wind down on how often he would reach out. It got to the point that he stopped responding and didn't answer my phone call whenver I would reach out to him. After 120 days since we started I started to assume that he wasn't going to be able to honor his agreement and then asked what the update was on our campaign. He still didn't respond. I resorted to calling,texting, and emailing every 48 hours all without a response. As a last ditch effort I called him from a different number and he answered immediately. After I told him who I was he then said he would call me back right away with an update on our campaign status. That has been more than 30 days ago. Scott talked a good game in person only to take my hard earned money and put me in a position of almost closing down my business due to lack of cash flow. Till this day he has not responded to a single email or text message nor has he called me back.
