Skate America 2 slow shipping,almost nonexistant customer service Golden Colorado

I ordered various items on 6/2/2007 totaling $268.85.As of 6/22/2007 I have received only two items.It took multiple attempts to get a response from the company which you can only contact by email.

I found a phone # after some online search but all you get is a recording telling you to contact them via email.It only took them five days to answer my last email!

I ordered these items for my grandson who was visiting and it has taken so long that we finally went and purchased them locally.I have found that Skate America's prices are not any cheaper than the actual skate shops in our area.

So, after all the hassle it's just not worth it.I have cancelled my order and and requested a refund.I can just imagine how long that will take.
