Skateamerica.com Ordered on the internet cant locate tracking # they gave me no response from them San Diego California

I had order a hooded sweatshirt for my son on 12/02,They e-mailed me back with a tracking number can't locate it. Have e-mailed numerous times said they would contact me. I havent heard anything from them they charged my credit card right way!

Skate America was founded in 1992 as a Factory Direct Skateboard mail-order company. We are the Top Skateboard Mail-order Company in the industry. We would not be where we are today without our excellent customer service and satisfaction that we take pride in.
Skate America would like to take the time to apologize again for the inconvenience the customer experienced. At the time the order was placed 12/2/04 the Christmas rush was in full effect for the Skate Industry. In the Skate Industry the availability of products changes quickly, especially during this time. The manufacturers may have an item on their most current availability list and this is released weekly. So there may be a lag in the communication of this to our customers when product availability changes.
Also, from the beginning of December until December 27, 2004 we experienced some technical difficulties. A large number of emails that were sent during this time period through our Contact form were not received. We were not aware of the problem until we received faxes from customers notifying us. The problem was diagnosed and quickly repaired. Skateamerica is sorry this customer's experience was not as positive as with our other customers.
We would like for you to remove this feedback from your site as this situation has been rectified with the customer.
