I called a number on TV. Trying a "free " offer. During the call, the system would not allow me to decline their second offer. At NO time did I learn of a "trial period" before I was charged a total of 190.00 . There is not a disclosure/ answer option. No matter what number you call, the "supervisor" is John VanZant. The first time I contacted them the operator would not give me a supervisor. My bank says it is a billing dispute not fraud because I gave them my acct# for the shipping!This was completely dishonest in ordering and responding. .
