Skinovative Ripoff, I had Plasma skin regeneration (full face) 7 days off work w/pain, swelling, peeling and emotional stress, Radiesse filler, thermage thighs, Mesotherapy, sclerotherapy and no results once swelling was gone. I spent over $8,000 and received no results. Dr. Nelson agreed, no change was noticed, yet did not offer to re-emburse. He was happy to get the money. Chandler Arizona

Rippoff, I had Plasma skin regeneration (full face) 7 days off work w/pain, swelling, peeling and emotional stress, Radiesse filler, thermage thighs, Mesotherapy, sclerotherapy and no results once swelling was gone which was about a week. The Plasma skin regeneration was to last at least 5 years. The filler was to last 1.5 years and I got none of that time.

I spent over $8,000 and received no results. Dr. Nelson agreed, no change was noticed, yet did not offer to re-emburse. He was happy to get the money. I want my money back. I would have been happy with any change, yet none was produced. If you do not stand behind your business/products you shouldn't be selling them.

Should of just had a facelift

As much money as you spent
My mother's facelift cost $17,500 with a discount (my Father and the Surgeon are friends)
She had it done 5 years ago and still looks good
Yep you got ripped off
For future reference make sure you research any Plastic Surgeon that you plan to see and give money to

What did your paperwork state exactly? That information is necessary if you have a case or not. Most likely, his bases are covered and there's absolutely nothing you can do.

I see your frustration. You are much more un-attractive now than you were before, which you yourself can hardly believe. Hell, I bet everybody is having a hard time believing it.

This is my advise. You signed certain paperwork - and flipped a coin to either look like Renee Zellweger or Carol Alt, so really don't have many options. I doubt however that your claims are are justified to begin with; Williams been my doctor for several years now (tattoo laser removal). He's always polite; very professional; on top of all the latest methods and procedures; makes a great effort to satisfy his patients' needs; everything you'd want in a doctor.

First of all, Dr. Nelson agreed that everything he tried was not working and these were procedures that he suggested.

Second, Dr. Nelson did not offer free service to get the results I paid for.

Third, Dr. Nelson agreed to waive the remaining balance because the procedures did not work and yet billed me anyway. Therefore adding

Insult to injury. This is the reason for my complaint. I am asking for my money back due to no change resulted in the areas treated.

A Doctor that stands behind his work and product would not hesitate to refund someone. He; himself stated that the product did not work.

If Dr. Nelson wants to spend the same amount of money on adding more products to my face that I have already paid, then why not just refund me.

As with any business, 100% customer satisfaction with every client is not possible. This is due to many factors with elective cosmetic procedures. Our business has been in operation for over 4 years and has had thousands of satisfied customers. Many of those clients received the same treatments that this patient is complaining about.

In response to this patient's complaint, I would like to offer the following response. Before performing any procedure, we provide all the information regarding the proposed treatments. This includes before and after pictures of others, potential risks of the procedure, and a statement that clearly informs the patient that once a procedure has been performed, we do not provide any refunds. This is due to the subjective nature of cosmetic treatments and the fact that not every person responds the same way. Some receive dramatic improvements, others receive mild or moderate improvements. We basically charge people for the services delivered not for the benefits or perceived benefits.

The variables that dictate the patients response are not always predictable or under our control. For instance, a smoker will not have the same as a non-smoker, a person that receives excessive sun exposure will also respond differently, and a person with an underlying disease process will also have a less dramatic response. Lastly, sometimes for unknown reasons a person will not receive the expected results.

For those patients including the person filing this complaint, the following concessions have been made. The patient did not pay the full amount for her treatment as we discontinued her monthly payments for the treatments she already received. Also, we offered for her to come in to receive a number of treatments at no charge to help her achieve the desired results using our new no downtime skin tightening procedure and additional free dermal fillers. The patient refused to take advantage of our generous offer of free treatments and instead filed this complaint instead.
