Skinsolace and Mira vie Beware the rip off Minnetonka Minnesota

We are not the same company!! Somehow my phone number and company name got listed on the "ripoffreport" site. I would so appreciate it if that information would be removed.

They (www.tryskinsolace.com) have used my company name, Skin Solace, without my permission and have also listed my business contact phone number, which I think they pulled off my web site, www.skinsolace.com.

Discover card told me that tryskinsolace.com has included my phone number on their invoices which they send off to the credit card companies. Discover card even gave out my phone number due to their deception.
This is fraud!

I have gotten many emails and phone calls from people who were acting in good faith when ordering a free sample through this scam and have now contacted me by mistake.

Try contacting them at their web site, www.tryskinsolace.com. At the bottom of that web page, they have a link for "contact information". I believe they're also connected to a company called Mira Vie.
This is where people need to go to find a phone number for customer service and other information. They seem to be nothing more than rip off artists.

I have repeatly tried to resolve this matter through emails and phone calls through the "contact information" on their web site, but to no avail.
Maybe you have some ideas how to find some resolution.
