Skpe I enrolled in subcription for 3 months of unlimited calling US & Canada internet only Internet

 Skype enrolled me in a 3 month unlimited plan that I paid for out of my balc of money on my account at my request. Then they say no record of it that I didn't and the transication is pending but they received the money they also show it on the payment page. But still deney I was enrolled. They tried to get me to enroll and pay more money I request a refund and they say they can't give refund I think this comapny needs to be shut down for fraud.

They would amit to receiving the payment had me to print the screen email it to them and still refuse to fix the issue. Don't use skpe they are a rip off company and BBB needs to shut them down!
