hello all you furture mobile homeowners let me tell you about the newest members of management here they are charging $20. for a second car ,they constantly harrass tenants to force them to move then when you do move they dont approve your new buyers on the home so you still have to pay space rent till you sign the home over to them or spend several thousand dollars to move it. till then they call the police , if you have animals they call animal controll on you and through all kinds of misc. charges on your total space rent. DONT EVER EVER MOVE IN THERE. they were shot at the last park they managed they harrased the tenats so bad
