We are tryeing to get an update on what will happen with our payments. The people at the company moved to a new location at 30 executive park in irvine but their is no phone number to contact anybody. we were told that their are new owners at the location named John Hendel and Shannon Borges but they aren't doing anything to help. we signed up for skycare ehr systems in 2013 and still pay 500 dollars a month for a system that we cant used and isnt even certifyed anymore. we told this to our bank, and they wont help either but keeping making us make the payments. does anyone have a new phone number for skycare ehr systems?

i rencently was able to get phone information from a former employee of skycare ehr systems. the company move and then change name to ehr support services inc. there new phone number is 855-902-0203 and i read all reviews here with other doctors who are neglected from this company. there ehr systems is not certified anymore
