I purchased a SkyCaddie from a retail store in May. The unit worked great the three times I used it. I had a little trouble signing up for the satalite service and downloading courses , but managed my way through.

The unit fell from my golf cart and the toggle button broke as it landed on it's face. The button seamed to be stuck in scroll and would not respond when trying to select information. The unit turns on and will begin but when I try to select it gets stuck.

I contacted SkyGolf via there website and they instructed that I send in for repair. I did this and did not receive any confirmation that it was received. After two weeks I called the number and was informed that the unit was beyond repair and I gues thay were just going to keep it without contacting me about anything.

I asked the representative, who seemed to care less about my problems, what I could do to recoup some of the $350 as I was now going to have to buy a new one. She kindly said "I don't know", though I could barely hear her over all of the other representatives talking around her.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told none were available but she would have one call me back within 24 hours. Well 24 hours came and went with no phone call, but I did receive my broken SkyCaddie in the mail within 48 hours. It had a nice little note that says unrepaireable attached to it!

This is the worste customer service I have ever had. When paying this kind of price tag one would think a little better support would be offered. I will never do business with this company again!
