I ordered two Skylink TV Antennas as the ad indicated full refund if not satisfied.  These antennas did not work in my location so I emailed them for instructions on how to return and get my money back. 

They will not respond to my several requests.  I cannot find a telephone number for this company.  This company's address is in Idaho but the package was mailed from 1100 Cranbury South River Rd, Monroe Township, NJ 08831-3405.
