SkyMall sent an email offering 20% of an item I had placed in my cart the day before. When I clicked through and tried to purchase the item, I did not receive the discount. I called customer service and spoke to two people, only to be told that they could not provide a discount on that item. The email specifically shows the item with "Checkout Now" and "Save 20%" written on it!
