Friends of mine traded their car for a 2004 Cherokee and drove it off the lot after agreeing to terms but had yet to sign....
When they went back to the lot "Scott" and "Larry" advised the APR had gone up 5%!!!
When my friends asked for their car back, they said it was repossesed!!! (Total LIE, bank confirmed car loan was current!)
Then "Scott" and "Larry" said it was SOLD!!! LIE LIE LIE!!! The original bank still held the lean so this was impossible!
Eventually after much sweat and tears they got the original agreement--- only at the expensive of a young couple expecting the birth of their second child any day!!
New and experienced buyers beware of Airpark Chrysler! I have advised my friends to take this to the AZ Attorney Generals office.
